Kristan Jones-Scales is a brand strategist and merchandise program leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations turn mission into measurable impact.
As the Founder of Mark & Measure, she leads strategy and creative direction, guiding brands through the full lifecycle of merchandise — from concept and sourcing to storytelling and results. Her approach blends strategy, creativity, and precision, ensuring every product serves a purpose and tells a story worth sharing.
Before launching Mark & Measure, Kristan served as Director of National Brand Management at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where she led national brand campaigns, retail activations, and co-branded partnerships that connected thousands of Clubs across the country.
She founded Mark & Measure to help organizations go beyond “just swag” — building branded experiences that move people and grow communities.
When she’s not developing strategy or mentoring creative teams, Kristan enjoys exploring design trends, curating brand kits, and creating moments that blend purpose with beauty.

Khaliha Long is the operational heartbeat behind Mark & Measure, leading vendor relationships, production logistics, and fulfillment management with precision and care. She ensures every product sourced and delivered meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and client alignment.
With years of experience in project coordination and client experience management, Khaliha brings both structure and empathy to the process — building strong vendor partnerships and streamlining workflows that make every project feel effortless for clients.
At Mark & Measure, she leads the vendor research, selection, and onboarding process, curating a trusted network of partners who share the company’s commitment to integrity, creativity, and excellence.
